Sharook Guest House has been a landmark of Wete hospitality for more than 10 years now and is well loved by everyone that makes port at Wete. Like the Annex, it is run and owned by Mr Sharook and his Brother Ismael, both passionate about hospitality and tourism to Pemba. They take a personal interest in the well being of their guests and making their stay enjoyable and safe. The facility is recommended in every reputable guide book to Pemba and with good reason.
Like the Annex, the Sharook guesthouse always kept in top condition. Meals are prepared fresh every day by a qualified cook, to the delight of visitors every time. Prices are extremely reasonable and attention is personal. The cost is $20 dollar per person per night and there are 4 bedrooms in the house sleeping two people per room on single and double bedroom. Should you require more rooms, the Annex to Sharook is right around the corner and you will be welcomed there.
Meals are served in the dining room regularly and the television is always available. With the best of sattelite viewing at your fingertips, there is always something on for everyone. The internet cafe is around the corner from the Guest House and visitors are welcome.
Mr Ismael and the Sharook Guest House staff are always happy to assist with renting bicycles for daytrips, diving or fishing trips, exploring the islets by boat safaris or assisting with your travel arrangements. With first hand experience and a network of local resources at hand, they are well placed to assist you in every way possible.
